What if product does not fit?
All products are in title to 15 day return and 100% money back guarantee!!
Perfumery and other products with closed package must stil remain sealed if you wish to return them.
Linger and jewellery can be taken out of their package but the can not be broken, dirty or ruined any other way
What if I ordered wrong size?
We will exchange jewellery for other product that fits or return your money if you return us the product within 15 days after buying.

You have chance to try sporting gear and linger in Tartu if you set up and appointment.
Second option is exchange to a suitable product or size or 100% money back guarantee. Product must be in the same condition as it was sold and it can not be used or harmed in any way.
What if it is not original?
All our products are 100% original and brought straight to our store from the factory or from official retailer
What is product does not mach my expectations?
All depends on the certain product. Pleas notice that pictures may have illustrative meaning
In Tartu it’s possible to see the products first if you make an appointment
What if product does not arrive in time?
All depends on the certain product.
All products that we have in stock should not take more time to deliver than 7 days.
Here is average shipping time for different types of products:
Linger: 2 - 3 days
Sporting gear: 2 - 5 days
Perfumery: 2 - 5 days
Electronics: 2 - 3 days
Jewellery: 2 - 3 days
It may be longer during holiday.
